Action followed by satisfaction

A couple of days of hard work followed by an invitation to a game reserve. And how rewarding it proved to be!!
My first night out after the move to Kakibosvlakte was a worthwhile experience. We found ourselves in the middle of a herd of elephants with a mother suckling her calf. Pity it was dark for the picture quality is poor.
The elephant was quite annoyed by our intrusion.

My health is holding up and is fairly stable. I have had a bout of flu / cold symptoms and may have to go for IV's depending on the sputum results.
